We drove 100 yards away to an Econo Lodge and I walked in mentioned our bad experience at the other hotel. Before I could finish he gave me a room key so we could check out the room before purchase. This hotel is up to some kind of standard and without the Hep ...

We spent a lot of time "nursing it" and coasted down a 2 mile hill which probably saved us. Once we got to the gas station we messed around for about 2 minutes because dad didn't know if the guy at the pump was leaving or not. We are back on the road now and have about 30 minutes until we get to the hotel.
