The hotel is clean, as usual. We have only had a problem with the breakfast once, but were able to talk to the manager and they took care of it. The pool area is small, so if you are having to share it with lets say 10 screaming pre-teen girls, that could be a problem!

Boo-my oldest nephew- was having a birthday and I needed some Boo time! So off to Flowood, Mississippi where my husband's sister and her family lives. There house is a bit tiny of them, his parents and us, so we stayed at the Hampton Inn there in Flowood. The Hampton has always been clean and quiet and it is close to the in-laws.

... in a suburb just north of Jackson, enjoying some of Dan's frequent flyer points! The hotel is very nice, and seems to be very recently built. While we understand & appreciate the history of this site, it's a little frustrating to not have any reconstructed buildings or foundation remnants to ...
... is 3 months into being 7 and Disney, to me, is nothing but an international human zoo that I would love to eternally avoid. What better trip to plan in its place than a camper drive to the least person per square mile state in the lower 48 of America. I am glad the family went for it. No Disney this year makes Daddy a happy camper. I wonder what I will pull off next year to nix Disney ...
... we returned to the motel to rest before dinner. For dinner we went to a local restaurant called Mint. It had a good men. I had lamb shank (the meat just fell off of the bone. It was delicious.), and we shared a Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. We then walked the mall in which it was located. We stopped in the Barnes and Noble store where I made a purchase. We then returned to the motel for the evening to read and watch ...
