          Sydney at the front desk is wonderful. She upgraded us to a suite because it was our anniversary weekend and took great care of us. The hotel is very nice and their renovation is nearly complete (did not notice any work going on currently, but they have the new decor and beds). Would gladly stay here again. Jeff, working the bellstand/valet, was a great help with all of our baby stuff and luggage.

          Great hotel

          If you are looking for a hotel with a 1st class staff and lodging this is it. Never disappoint. Staff is top of the line. Know answers to questions and always willing to help. Valet staff is 1st class. If you need somewhere to stay downtown this is it!

          Great location, great staff

          My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was very spacious with wonderful high ceilings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. The location was perfect for anything you might want to do in downtown Indianapolis.

          Good Hotel

          Two night stay October 26-28, 2005. Easy to get to, extremely friendly staff. Car was always waiting after phone call to valet. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

          My buddy and I stayed at the Hampton Inn on 12/18-12/20. We were in town for Ravens vs Colts. While the game result was less than desirable, the hotel certainly wasn't. It's centrally located within easy walking distance of many bars, restaraunts, Conseco Field House and RCA Dome. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. In turn, the room was kept clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

          Great Hotel

          I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Indianapolis. Location is convenient. rooms are clean and have high speed internet for free, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

          Nice clean hotel

          Compared to the Omni Severin, the Hampton is wonderful. The hotel is clean, convienent, and close to all the downtown attractions. Wonderful people and very nice to stay. Breakfast was good, and coffee service is good. I will stay here again.

          Wonderful location

          I stayed here with my friends for a girls night out. It was a nice hotel. It was a little pricey but clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

          An A++++ to the Staff!!!

          What a wonderful place to spend ANY evening. The staff from the manager to the valet could not have been any nicer! Everyone bent over backwards to accomodate our every need.

          An A++++ recommendation.

          Appreciate the staff at the Hampton Downtown

          We were only able to stay one night at the Hampton but were overwhelmingly pleased not only with the facilities, but also with the friendly and courteous staff who went out of there way to be helpful. We would positively stay there again.

          Great Place, friendly and good continental breakfast

          This is a well kept up older hotel in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. I have no complaints with this hotel. The room was HUGE and VERY VERY clean! They had a coffee pot in the rooms with complimentary free coffee. A blow dryer, iron and ironing board in each room. They have free complimentary continental breakfast which included bagels, toast, muffins, boiled eggs, biscuits, milk gravy, oatmeal, fruits, cereals, coffee, tea, cocoa. The breakfast was excellant. The staff was very friendly. I will stay in this hotel again when on business in Indy.

          Not much to say, we woke up earlyish (Me more so than wife) and just after 9am we were on the road headed home. The mini-van we are driving is new to us and while Caroline likes to give me grief for it being exceptionally basic (no power windows, door locks, or cruise control) it did very well and was comfortable to drive. As we neared Lexington …

          Up just before 7am I fed the midget, burped her, changed the diaper and went down for breakfast. After eating, Abcde and I went for a walk, past the Bankers Life Fieldhouse, under the railroad tracks, past the homeless sleeping on the sidewalks, back past the Slippery Noodle and under the railroad tracks again, and back to the Hampton Inn. After …

          I wake up at 7 and feed the parasite (18 more years to go... Just kidding) and then put her back in the king size bed with Wife. After working the blog (you are welcome) and watching some Golden Girls (don't judge me) the wife finally arose and we went down to breakfast. God Bless a Hampton Inn Breakfast. Then back up to the room to figure out …

          To say I'm terrified would be a gross understatement. However, I'm looking forward to being fully immersed in a new culture; new food, new language, new people, new adventures. Here's hoping this trip is all I could've dreamed of and so much more.

          We hit the road and had our sights set on the opposite end of Missouri....St. Louis. It took us longer than we thought and, even though we only made one quick stop to grab a lunch to go, we still didn't arrive into town until 4pm. But it was just in time to catch the 4 o'clock tour of the Budweiser factory! I didn't know this before I googled 'points of interest in St. Louis', but it is the original home of the ...
