    ... I could only go a certain speed so that it didn't jam my feet too much. Don't forget we were also at altitude (12,000 feet up - I don't know metres for that), but it definatly effects the breathing - however I felt fit and my legs, butt etc didn't really get too sore or cramp up etc so that was a good sign!
