... anyone without some nervousness. Mostly though, I'm excited. I know it's going to be an amazing 4 1/2 months that I'm sure will teach me a lot about myself and will give me experiences of a lifetime.

I'll try to keep this up fairly regularly with posts about what I'm experiencing, what I'm seeing and what I'm feeling. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity and can't wait to see what's in store with me over the next 4 months! ...

The day started with a minor flight delay but a short two hour flight into Atlanta for Jared. Natalie was waiting with open arms for a long overdue hug! Our first stop was to the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park. Where we sat under the covered patio by the fire while watching ice skaters try to show off their best moves. what a long day!! after getting up at 6:45am and leaving the hotel at 7:30am we hopped on a bus that took us to the airport to jump on a flight to Atlanta. when we went through customs we had to take our shoes and ***********...it was a weird experience. after that I had this amazing chocolate croissant and then we boarded the plane.
