    ... a beautiful castle, circa 1600's, and met some landscape artists two of whom were working on a giant beehive, and further on a few were building a low wall out of forest debris. We also saw a windmill just outside the town of Heeze, complete with goats and miniature ponies. We then continued along the bike path towards the town of Valkenswaard, stopping for lunch at a lovely thatched restaurant ...

    A big day out to The Efteling Theme Park today. It was FANTASTIC! Tomas' Aunties Paula and Marian came along, Uncle Joop, cousins Kitty and Kirsten and her children.     ... hitting those olfactory senses. This particular bookstore was three floors of amazing. The downstairs had a great language, travel, children's section and the cafe where I had my lunch! There were some sandwiches and panini's but the waffle caught my eye. And it was delicious and worth the calories. I paired my waffle with a latte, cozied up on a couch and began to write away.
