... I decided to take a direct cab. I don't want to be rushing or having to worry about the time, the long cab ride will complete my experience (:

At this moment I'm just thinking about how I see myself there and the hotel.
I really hope the Yotel Hotel is exactly what I am expecting.

I'll write you guys soon, departure from AMS to NWK is 21 days left!

... and puttered around like a true tourist. My main goal was to figure out the bike situation (see above) but when I was told I had to return my bike at 5:30 and it was already 12, I figured I would return tomorrow so I could get my 10€'s worth...possibly 60€ if they don't return deposits! After talking with the nice VVV lady, I decided to mosey around and I'm glad I did. Although I really didn't know where I was going, I just made notes of my ...

Swimming, but not as we know it?

... we bravely waded on in through the sludgy bottom.

Mmm refreshing? Not convinced of the safety, but thankful for it’s cooling 'waters’, we did a lap (not putting our heads under) and then headed back to the camper for a shower – totally not swimming up to New Zealand standards!

Anyway, the morning rolled around, greeting us with thunderstorms, torrential rain and cold showers and gave us one last parting gift - the ...
