    We traveled out of Amsterdam today by bus to Zaanse Schans. It was a very windy day in Amsterdam but when we arrived in Zaanse Schans it was super windy. If you are an owner of a windmill you are going to build it in a windy place. This is how Zaanse Schans became a very prominent community.
