There is just one more bit of news that we haven't shared with our families yet so this will see who really reads through it well..hee hee...

2 Mondays ago (10th), we were in the pool playing around and throwing a ball around. We then spent the whole day going through what we had and checking it all etc.... In the evening we were sat eating dinner when Darren suddenly realised something..........

Today we got our plate for the truck in the mail!!! This means we are pretty much good to go whenever.

We also parked up downtown, had some lunch, then walked around a lot. We saw a few different parks which were mostly empty and the grass had seen better days - it's been so humid that most of the yards here are starting to struggle a bit.

... crazy low price! It was fun to see it again...see picture.

Afterwards we had heard about how every Thursday in the summer they were encouraging people to come to Downtown Fort Wayne - i guess it was so popular as new areas of Fort Wayne have developed. So they have about 10 food trucks, free music and just a real nice atmosphere.
I knew the lady that owned 'Who cut the cheese' so thought we'd say hi and try them...they were ...

... let down was a sign we read whilst paying to get in….the Australia section was closed for updating etc (it closed yesterday!!!) So this meant no kangaroos, Tasmanian devils, reptile house etc…really sucked but still plenty to go see.

They have an Africa section, Indonesia section and a building called The Reef with fish. Along the way we saw many types of monkey and ape, red panda, komodo dragon, HONEY BADGER, Lions, Wallabies, ...

Today we decided to go to Grabill, about 15 minutes drive Northeast. Grabill has a large Amish community (10th largest in the USA according to wikipedia) so I thought it would be cool for Darren to experience it and see if we could go horse and buggy spotting!!

We managed to see a few horse and buggy's on the way in...it was a pretty quiet place so we parked up and walked to 'The country shops of Grabill' which is a huge flea market type store. ...
