Breakfast in Tobago is easily sorted by the "doubles vendor" Doubles is another local dish in Trinidad and Tobago and simply consists of two pieces of fried dough called "barra" which make up a sandwich style delicacy with curried chick peas, I recommend you try at least one during your travels to the twin island republic.
