Tunxi (Huangshan) The reason most people go to Tunxi is to go to Huangshan, one of the five most important mountains in China, so of course we didn't do that! ... long enough. There didn't seem to be much pattern to it either, altitude seemed to have very little effect on it. I scaled a few of the major peaks along my route across and then back down the western steps including the highest point (Lotus peak). It was a long day walking and with Nepal so far behind me I had definitely fallen out of practice abit. My legs would be aching in the morning, still some amazing views, most definitely worth it.

... is insufficient to really provide a decent description, but also because it is just a difficult area to describe anyway. Suffice to say that the scenery is extremely impressive.
