... is always packed with people. All four of us had our favourite Vietnamese dish- claypot. Claypot's are the answer to all your problems! We had pork, chicken, shrimp and fish claypot's, and basically the meat is basted and slowcooked with green onion and a sweet pepper caramel sauce in a claypot. Served with rice, this is hands down the best meal in Vietnam! I will be posting a recipe for the claypot on my blog at a later stage!

... been served drinks in the water. We would of enjoyed it more if they had beer and also it lasted longer. All good fun though. Back in Town we decided to have our big night out. First mistake was going out at 6:30pm lol second was drinking so much! Snorkelling and Diving Capital
... to wash it all off and got into the mineral baths which were very relaxing. Our skin was so soft and smooth by then and we felt wonderful. We soon went to the swimming pool and waterfall pool. We stayed around the pool all afternoon and had lunch there too. The pool water was so hot over (37 degrees!) it felt like an extremely hot bath, which would have been great except it was such a hot day.
