... took us a good 10 minutes to find any. It was strange because I could see the rain, but it didn't feel like I was getting very wet. Yet, when we got in the taxi, we were drenched. The rest of the day was pretty leisurely. Bouts of reading were broken up by lunch and an information session about disembarking at Bergen tomorrow. In the afternoon, David had a snooze in the lounge after finishing his borrowed book and he wasn't the only one - snoring could be heard from many a passenger. It ...

Felt very spoilt waking up to see snow covered mountains from the front of the tent. Very special treat. After talking with a friendly Dutch lady who now lives in Norway, we decided to head further northwest, towards the town of Kristiansund. The route took us over and through even more spectacular mountains, valleys and fjords, including Gerainger and Trollstein, to ...

... bus :). We continued our trip making a loop around the area. As we crossed one very cool bridge, we could see pods of whales in the bay!

Before reboarding the ship, we tried shopping for chocolate to take with us, but the store wouldn't accept our credit card without a PIN number! Oh we'll, we didn't really need all that candy! That evening after dinner the singers did a really fine tribute to Broadway & movie tunes. It was a lot of fun .
