    ... up on the history of the place. It tour also includes the largest collection of unopened beer bottles in the world - Guinness World Records approved, so that was pretty cool. I finished the tour with, as already mentioned, a couple of beers sitting in the sun (which was making sporadic appearances throughout the day), and it was a very pleasant way to end the day.     Sunday - a day of rest for some but not for me. I've decided I'm going to try to hang out for a rest (or total collapse) until I get onto the plane on Wednesday. Until then it's all systems go!
