... myself what this day will be like - I mean about luck in hitch-hiking. And it was very good! I have made the distance to Montealegre de Castillo (120km) almost in no time and I had to wait for my host coming back from wherever she were for two hours. By the way - the last car which brought me straight to the village stopped just by itself offering me a ride - that kind of things happened to me only in Croatia and France - two best countries for hitch-hikers that were on my way.

Occasionally a car came from the opposite direction so we had to find a spot to let it pass. Peace and quiet and horse riding on site!
... onto a horse! The breakfast was served on the terrace with breathtaking mountain views, no cooked breaky but i got full anyway on fruit, cereals, yoghurts, toast, coissants, the owner really couldnt do enough for us. There is a pool and a large garden with shaded areas, pergodas and lovely quiet places to sit and read or just relax. All this for only €25 euros a night, i could have stayed forever. Thank you Casa Epona and will definately come again on my next trip. ...
