    Hoover Dam was interesting. President Hoover was the one that got this project to happen. It was originally named Boulder Dam, after the City. The name was changed 12 years later to Hoover Dam.
    To built it, they had to divert the river into 4 pipes they built and then block off the section were the dam was built. There is that much concrete in the Dam wall that ...

    We went back to the old faithful Earl of Sandwich for dinner. As it was our last night we had to try our luck again at the tables. It wasn't a succesfull night, everyone got taken to the cleaners.

    Vegas will definitely be on the return list. Off to Houston Texas tomorrow. Yeeeha!
