Bit of a trek but private beach, pool and beautiful views. Great if you want to stay in the resort. Not great if you plan to go out anywhere.

... or may not know this about me, but I have a very intense panic-y phobia of water in relationship with my eyes. I shower carefully to keep my face dry, I always keep my head above water in the pool, and if my eyes will be submerged they're kept tight like vice grips until my face is dried with a towel. No idea where it comes from, but it's instinctual. Things like scuba diving are great, because with a mask on, my eyes are kept dry and I can swim my heart out. Needless to say the ...

Because we needed the property for the peak December period the price was now almost double than what it is usually advertised for during the rest of the year. We negotiated the price down to roughly what it is usually advertised for, with the proviso that we rent it for three months. ...

A travel blog entry by chris93savory on Mar 18, 2015

Our final day of Padi courses, we have two dives remaining this morning, being a deep dive to 30m and navigation. The deep dive is nothing taxing, and having been down to the same depth on the wreck dive we treat it more as a fun dive, proved as our instructor Bart takes a Coke can down for us which is hilarious drinking at 30m, and a bag of crisps down which feels vacuum packed ...

The taxi boat driver had given us a snorkel and mask each for free, which was an amazing, there were so many tropical fish and the water was so clear. We went back to the hotel in the evening and had some beers on our balcony after dinner.
