Bit of a trek but private beach, pool and beautiful views. Great if you want to stay in the resort. Not great if you plan to go out anywhere.

... Once he had shot her a couple of hundred times he went to bed and we went to the shop for dessert, or lots of sugar based treats as it would more aptly be described. With seemingly the bungalows to ourselves as it was very quiet, we continued the standard Sunday tradition of contacting our families (even if we did have to sit outside) and go to sleep looking forward to what would probably be a long lie in the following day. 24th November 2014 As predicted we didn't make it out ...

... was hilarious. The day came when we had to split from the boys. They where heading back to Koh Phangan to meet their friends from home and we where off to Bangkok. We said our goodbyes! Here we go again another day of travelling! Which consisted of a 8am tuk tuk pick up to the pier, a ferry that couldn't pull into port because there was a huge storm that was flooding the boot and rocking it from side to side, people where panicking and the water was gushing ...

... right on the beach, very nice!! We got a message from Kirsty saying she felt much better so we met her for dinner and went to an Italian place, she's so funny I wish you could all meet her some day, since being in Asia she's really got used to the spice and loves everything spicy! So she ordered spag Bol and is chucking chilli flakes all over it! So funny, we were joking saying she will be going home saying "can I have fish and ...

... we get lost on Koh Tao and end up spending 16 days there. The daily routine is a mix of kick-boxing classes and driving round the island exploring its endless snorkeling spots…life here is slow and simple, what more do you need?

We were unsure as to whether to go to the next stop on the map due to certain preconceptions. Why not? We go for it! ...

... we quickly forgot the idea of diving! We stayed at ko Tao Hillside resort in Sairee beach. The resort really was built on the edge of the mountain which made for amazing views out towards the ocean. The resort had golf buggy type vehicles to ferry guests around the site. They must have had some powerful motors on them as the slopes were steep and verged on vertical in places. Our room had its own balcony with glass doors looking out towards the sea, so lying in bed meant we could ...
