... for the beach. The sand squeaks beneath you feet for some reason. The beach goes on for miles and, at the high water mark, is littered with all sorts of debris. Oddly, lots of light bulbs had washed up. We met three sisters from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) who were walking in the surf and taking photos. It was with some trepidation that we went in search of lunch. We were armed with our new 'I am a vegetarian' phrase but were still very anxious to avoid a repeat ...

We also had the really good small bananas they have in Southeast Asia, and Kim ...

... It was actually quite creepy! No one was down there with us and there were these freaky status everywhere! Alligators eating people, people being hung as their back is lashed and bleeding, skeletons and zombies coming out of walls. Justin drove the bike back to our homestay so we could freshen up before dinner. We took the motorbike out again and headed to Laugh Cafe for dinner. We loved the food we tasted on our food tour with Neville and had to go back. I ...

... him and extended the two sandwiches and motioned that he could have them. He was obviously a bit confused but ended up taking the food (and hope that he did end up eating it). We went to the Opera house with Georgina (as Tom and Kelly weren't interested in going to the production), and had a free drink of tea in the lobby before entering the theatre. We had 6 seats in a row and they offered booster seats for Colson, Jerra and Shayna, but only Colson ended up using ...
