... to get some rather fantastic views of Halong Bay. It truly is an astounding place to see and there area an astounding number of islands. Even though the skies were cloudy during our visit, the mist added to the views, making the islands seem mysterious. ... warm and very relaxing. Early evening activity was spring roll making. They showed us all the ingredients and how they mixed them together. Then how to construct the rolls. Then we were all let loose on them to make ourselves. The fried them for us and we ate them with some complimentary wine. A bit of chatter with the other guests and then dinner.
