    ... This area is gated in and seems to be still functioning as an industrial area. It was a little mysterious because it was very deserted, probably because it was the weekend, and I had show my ID to the gate attendant who documented my entrance into the yard.     ... I saw people walking around with plates of mustard so I set out to find this booth. I turned out to be a small mustard truck from the Maille company. They were giving out free sample tasting plates so I got in line. The plate came with five different types of mustard, a long pretzel, and a cornichon. I decided to tear off pieces from my brioche roll to dip in the mustard. I don't consider myself a mustard connoisseur, but that was some rather delicious mustard! ...

    ... buckwheat. Me: Ippoglosso - glazed Alaskan halibut, fregola sarda, artichokes, preserved lemon. To accompany this we were recommended a light red wine from Corsica - which was absolutely fantastic. Must go to Corsica!!
