This is a true suite hotel. Our one bedroom suite was fully equiped, quite roomy and very clean. The front desk staff were most helpful. The hot breakfast had a wide choice and the food was constantly being refreshed. Although about 30 mins. from downtown Denver, I would definitely stay here again.

I leave tomorrow for Idaho! I'm really excited. I think I'm underestimating how hard the drive will be. I've never driven this far by myself. Hopefully podcasts and new music will keep me occupied. I set out my suitcase and put all of the most important things in first: tri shorts, top, goggles, thermal cap. Then everything else. I'm ready. All I need to do now is wait for time to pass. Tonight ...

... the mum of the friend I was staying with to the airport. Afterwards we went shopping for food and then to a lookout point to whatch the sunset over the Rocky mountaint. Denver has such a unique landscape. It is completely flat for miles and miles and then all of a sudden there are these huge mountains that petrude 1000's of metres above the ground completely covering the horizon as far as you can see.
