Det stora äventyret i Väster
Vi packade ihop våra viktigaste ägodelar i 23 flyttkartonger. Det var precis vad som rymdes i vagnen bakom de två starka hästar som skulle dra oss västerut, till Denver, Colorado, USA. Vi planerade en resa på två år, hela familjen, Ola, Elin, Märta, Sigge & Rut, och lämnade Saltsjöbaden och Sverige, familj och vänner med blandade känslor en dag när sommaren gick över till att bli höst.
On the road again....
... ribs with mashed potatoes and corn, I had a flatiron steak on some texas toast and corn on the side too. The clerk sure sent us the right way!
Next morning we planned to leave at 700am as it would be a long drive to Denver, and we needed to get there not too late as I was going to try to get my iPhone fixed or replaced. We woke up a bit late though as we slept through the alarm. Nothing too drastic though, as we were on our way at 730am.

We arrived into Denver where Deb picked us up about 7.30pm We stopped off at Red Robin at Broomfield for some dinner. Love the salads here - especially the chinese ones with plum sauce
