Aaah - finally a good nights sleep for all. Hoping this is the end of the jet lag. Today was a quieter day, starting with some shopping at The Grove, a visit to the Beverly Hills Art Show and a walk down Rodeo Drive. Just hanging out in the local area and enjoying some much needed family time. Had brunch at the Farmers Market then strolled around …

Next we went to the Mummy ride, which took about 40 minutes to reach the front. This was a rollercoaster and it was a bit rubbish and quite short. ... to get there early for good seats. We arrived in the theater at 10:30 for our 1:00pm show. The guy taking tickets said to come back in an hour because that is when he would start the line for that screening. So we went to the food court and walked around the mall for a bit before heading back at 11:30 for our spot in line. The man taking tickets pointed to a spot on the wall for us to start the line...Yes! first in line!...Then he came ...

... and is quite run down in parts. We saw the Chinese Theatre and got zillions of snaps with the stars and then handprints of or favourite celebrities. We didn't do the whole walk as it's 3 and a half miles and goes through some dilapidated areas of Hollywood.
We saw the start of the walk where four female actresses hold aloft Marilyn Monroe. We were then home bound passing Sunset Blvd and the famous sites where Guns N Roses made their name, notably ...
