    Most people have a tale or two related to the frustrations of waiting for a tradesperson to arrive to repair a broken appliance or whatever. Today we had that frustration in spades - a fridge and a dining table to be delivered (two different suppliers), the existing fridge to be inspected (and hopefully purchased and removed), and the building's maintenance officer to fix a sticky sliding door to the balcony.
