... at the dry-aged House of Beef seemed outsized, so I gave that a pass. Ultimately, I was seduced by the inviting aroma of rosemary from the Smashburger outlet. I think I also remember someone saying something good about them at some point. Verdict: pretty good. I'd have liked less oil and more rosemary on the fries, but the burger was juicy and they didn't skimp on the portabellos. They also had three fresh-brewed iced tea options. My receipt ...

We got up early in the hope of getting discounted student tickets for jersey boys, stopping off at dunkin doughnuts for breakfast. We got there a good 40 minutes before the opening time of the box office expecting a large queue to form however only handful of people turned up. Well, we arrived in Newark at 7:30 AM and this is one huge airport. After shuttling from Terminal A to C, we found the United Club Lounge, easily the largest we have ever seen to date.

At this hour finding a seat for two was relatively easy. Our hopes of having a decent breakfast though went unrealized. Not only is there not a separate 1st class lounge to pamper us, they only serve ...

... my mother, for the big things like taking the time to make sure I have an amazing warm jacket that packs down small; and the ridiculous amount of small things she does like finding hand sanitizers that can attach to the side of your bag, travel tide so you can wash your clothes on the go and having extra baggage locks "lying around" because she knows I always lose, forget or break mine. I'm not sure we tell you enough how easy you make our lives.
