If Northern Corsica was about absolution, Southern Corsica was quite the opposite. Catching up with old friends over a week in Porto Vecchio, Southern Corsica was always going to be great fun and it didn't disappoint. A few extra crimes might have even been committed.

We pulled out of Santa Teresa at 10am and sailed to a protected swimming bay in Corsica.
Yannick the Captain said he would put the anchor down so we could swim.
I took photos of Glen hard at work tying us up at the wharf.

... the nicest thunderstorm come through I've seen and heard in years. The lightning was both vertical and horizontal with great booms of thunder. It is pouring outside as I write this.
