By the time we'd landed and found our hotel and squeezed into our little room it was the early hours of the morning and i was somewhat delirious. This didn't stop once we'd fallen asleep as apparently I spent the night sleeptalking...'my body feels weird' and 'I feel like I'm on a boat' to which Sarah agreed across the narrow gap between our beds ...

We got a good idea of prices and we will see how they compare with Shenzhen. We will probably go back to Stanley again so we can always buy later. We spent about three hours strolling around and buying this and that and had a really good afternoon.

In Defense of the U.S. (for once)

... I'm not a nationalist and don't really like the connotation that goes along with the word "patriot", but I'm also realistic. So the U.S. is passively imperialistic--I do apologize that some of your countries' cultures are being diluted by American culture, but it's ultimately the responsibility of the people to accept or deny this. Let's recall where I live--Communist China--where the economy is closely regulated and controlled. Yet where is this clothing ...
