... Tonight at the theatre on level 6 was an opera show. As we both do not appreciate the opera we decided to stay in and watch the only English tv channel (out of 20 tv channels). Tonight on sky news they were covering the lead up to the results of Scotland's referendum. Tomorrow morning when we wake up the results will be in! Extremely nerve racking and exciting.
We set our clocks back an hour and went to sleep. Next stop Lisbon Portugal. ...

... lady told us was ok just turn right. Walked down the road out of town with no yellow arrows to be seen but approaching a cross road we spotted the familiar yellow shell and arrows and meet the three Americans coming down a side track and they we obviously on correct track. Ok all good as we again headed into farming areas and then back into woody areas. Really neat and we commented about what a great way to spend a Monday afternoon as the clouds ...

... take some reflection and perspective to find some clarity... ... charcoal and incense. The cathedral is amazing. What an unreal 7 days it has been, can't quite believe we actually made it 100 kms through very hilly but peaceful terrain. This is one week I will never forget. We are grateful to the hotel staff for finding us a room for early check in so Liv could go to bed, the Dr and nurse at the hospital ( very little English) and to our friends Sally and Ron for taking me out for drinks while Liv was sleeping. Off to Italy ...
