... school dining room in a very tired hotel rather than the hotel restaurants you might be accustomed to. It was evident that they weren't expecting us - quite a wait for some (not that it really mattered). Chicken and corn soup. Rice. Noodles with Egg and Tomato. Spicy chicken in AMAZING gravy (including the feet). Pork in sauce. Slow cooked Beef stew. Roti like bread. Coke - and some other bits and pieces. NZ$7 each. Fantastic value. ...

... Beijing for our final 3 days in the camp. The train ride was only 1 and half hours and flew by. We were seated together and could barely fit all of our luggage on the train. Imagine 50 kids with full suitcases trying to put the luggage in the storage area on the train.
