Tomorrow we head for Banbury, via Cambridge, then Oxford the night after. We drop the hire car off in Oxford, and on Friday make our way by train to Chipping Campden.

... NORWICH CASTLE AND did the complete tour. this is one of the best example of an intact medieval castle.
We walked around the Cathedral but we were to late....closed
So it was to find the oldest pub for dinner .."the Adam and Eve"....we past the Wig and Pen.....nearly as old.
GOOD meal, and a slow walk back to the hotel.
After a few days getting acquainted with London we hired a car from Kings Cross (challenging enough) and headed north east to Suffolk via some cute English villages (and fun navigating the roads without GPS!). Our purpose was to visit 88 year old Aunty Pat (AP) Roe’s adopted aunt - Lesley’s real aunt who lives in Aldeburgh.

LAST DAY. hopefully, Rog, our neighbour in Uzes will join us for the last leg
The finish includes a 3 mile hill.....no problem.
