    ... truly beautiful, but most of it was steep inclines, rocky stairs and the promise of not much farther. Trevor eventually turned back as we got to a point where it was just too steep for his back. I went on and was exhilarated to see wild monkeys coming out of the bush on sunset, a gorgeous shrine in the middle of the mountains and found a wonderful gift for my husband.     ... serves your every need; I wasn't prepared for the cool weather and I found a new sweatshirt here pretty easily the first night. That said, this is China. More than anywhere else in the world, people in tourist areas are either quite concentrated or there's nobody around--still very Confucian.
