... was very nice, he gave us a very large bag of very large tomatoes and explained where every thing was. There are two other campers on the site,which fronts the 'best beach in Crete' so the sign says! We parked in front of the small lake where we could hear a loud animal sound, it sounded like a very loud cricket, after some research we decided that it was a Cretan marsh toad.
