... dairy operations by Christin. One of the highlights of the tour was the milking carousel. One by one the cows happily entered into the carousel and patiently stood, being milked, while the carousel rotated. After going around full circle, each cow would slowly back out of the stall and go on its merry way. If you have to milk 1,300 plus cows a day, this is definitely the way to do it!
