... getting lost. Found our way back to the Cathedral and stopped for Tapas and a beer. Decided to go to the Museum of the History of Barcelona - an excellent museum where you were transported underground to the Roman ruins of barcelona. Again an excellent video guide to explain what we were seeing.

Once out we quickly made our way back to the metro and this time managed to get tickets to Sagra Familia with ...

... passengers. For 14 euro he took us to the Christopher Columbus statue at the bottom of La Rambla, otherwise it would've been a long walk and Ang didn't have walking shoes. The rider was Hungarian and soon to travel to central and South America. That left us about a 200 metre walk home. ... best players in history (Beckham and Ronaldo are probably the only two most of you readers would recognize) was good enough for me. Then after seeing the locker room, I was able to walk out of the tunnel that I have seen hundreds of times on TV. It was as cool as it looks on TV. I even ran the last few steps right out onto the field as the players do every time there is a match.

After the tour was over, I had lunch at the stadium. I enjoyed some perlas and beer like ...

Good thing we packed comfy shoes. We are writing this from soft couches in an eclectic coffee bar not far from our apartment after sleeping in to recover from yesterday's adventure. We started yesterday by getting lost in the gothic streets in search of breakfast. Then picked up some fresh jamon sandwiches for a snack later on. We then hiked to the Sagrada Familia via the Arc de Triomfe (Barcelona version, not the one in Paris, that would've been a very long ...
