Another exhausting day - it sure is hard work being on holiday. Had a lovely sleep and after a snack type breakfast of bagels, juice etc. in our hotel room we headed off to the Barri Gotic area to find the Fat Bike tour meeting point. A little bit of walking around in circles thinking were not going to find it but Charlotte came to the rescue and soon we were part of the orange group which consisted of a couple from NZ (who now live in London), ...

Well it is time for me to go to bed. I can't wait to get to Rome tomorrow, but I am sad to leave Barcelona. Keep the Sisters of the Sacred Heart in your prayers for they have been so kind to me. I will post again soon!

Good thing we packed comfy shoes. We are writing this from soft couches in an eclectic coffee bar not far from our apartment after sleeping in to recover from yesterday's adventure. We started yesterday by getting lost in the gothic streets in search of breakfast. Then picked up some fresh jamon sandwiches for a snack later on. We then hiked to the Sagrada Familia via the Arc de Triomfe (Barcelona version, not the one in Paris, that would've been a very long ...
