When I opened up the curtains this morning a Limestone mountain range was right in front of us. We are staying at the GUI Fu Hotel right down by the river. After all the prepping we got to make the dumplings. You have to put the filling in the dough and then fold it in a certain way. Well this was harder than it looked.. The teacher said she could make about 400 dumplings in an hour while we struggled to make 8 in 10 minutes... Des got some extra help making them as it was quite hard to get the right amount of filling in and then fold them. ...
