... the front. The atmosphere is awesome. The game is fast and their slam dunks and set plays are great to watch. Time out entertainment was light on compared to the wild cats game. Knight crop dancers entertain more by dancing etc. At the NBA they do kiss cam which was fun and the cameras pan to the crowd dancing and waving. In all a fantastic day. Now time to pack, early flight to Washington DC ...

Another hot sunny day. After breakfast Sylvia took us to LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) to purchase tickets for the Hollywood Costume Exhibition which we will go back & see on Monday morn, Sylvia & Gerry are members of LACMA. After getting back to Waikiki I went for drinks at Mai Tai Bar in the Royal Hawaiian. I started with the Scratch Mai Tai and then also decided to try the Lava (banana, strawberry, coconut). ... and some great shots. Then we did the Winnie the Pooh ride, which was fairly sedate, a good warm up for the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad which terrified the kids! Ginny and Dave however, laughed and screamed (Ginny that is!) the whole way through. We lined up for some pics with Minnie Mouse, which was so exciting, her house was too cute! ... the bar pretty damn quickly when Tony started getting accosted with F bombs. We continued our afternoon with a little frisbee toss in the park. Alex and Tony tried to coach me in my pathetic frisbee ways, but I may have only improved slightly if at all.
