... e down there. We found a nice spot, put our towels down and had a bake for an hour or so. I tried to shake off the financial rape and just get on with the day.

We continued to walk up the beach, all the way to Santa Monica Pier and this was much more like it. A few friendly people busking on the pier, some rides, souvenir shops, clean and no one dodgy hanging around! We walked around for a bit then found a bench next to a gymnastics park on the beach ...

After that it were a few bog holes here and there and that was extremely fun. We were almost at our camp site but to get to our camp site we had to go through a big bog hole and then up and steep hill climb which was about 20+ metres high on a 40% incline. ... to call the car company and get someone out to change it, knowing my luck if I tried myself the wheel would of came off as soon as I started to drive!! So I sat in the hot car for about 15 mins then a lovely man came and fixed it for me. I drove it to the depot which was literally 2 minutes away. I pulled in and told the lady about the tired and the accident and I got the hell out of there and away from that ******* car!!
