    So Emma and I head to BBKings and catch some of Jamie's set. We then head out on Broadway and later that evening do a lot of karaoke! Had loads of fun. I'm also pretty sure I've lost a day or two somewhere....we has a few nights like this one.     This morning I woke up early and had a nice little shower before breakfast. Now we have quite a variety for a campsite breakfast, but damn I wish I had some Vegemite to put on some toast or some kruskets :(. Life lesson - you never know how much you'll miss something until it's actually gone.

We were taken on a tour of the distillery from the fermentation process to the bottling processes and the wax seal finish, the tour ended with a whisky sample session but as I am not a whisky fan and also felt a wee bit ropey from the night before I decided to pass on the sampling.
