Our first stop in Texas on the way home. Texas is along drive, so we started just at the edge in El Paso. Just a quick overnight stay and map tag with a few photos.

We even had a trip planned when we found out that we were pregnant with Caden...so that through a hitch in the whole thing. I just have a hard time imagining hauling 2 kids, and all the necessities for the 4 of us on 2 older and not so strong backs. We do have a few places in mind that would be short hikes and not the need ...

The room was very clean and comfortable. The decor was dated but not in disrepair. The room had a sink and refrigerator as well as a separate living room. A local Italian restaurant delivered food if you don't feel like going out in El Paso. The fitness center was in good shape, with a treadmill and an elliptical, both in very good condition, no weights or space for floor training thought.
