    To say I'm terrified would be a gross understatement. However, I'm looking forward to being fully immersed in a new culture; new food, new language, new people, new adventures. Here's hoping this trip is all I could've dreamed of and so much more.

    ... a seafood gumbo and duck breast. Our table was hosted tonight by Wilf, a deputy engineer. He is only 23 years old and has been in the Merchant Navy for a period of 5 years and completed his training about 3 years ago. He works in the engine room which has a staff of about 60 people.
