We went for a little tour round the town in the rental car (referred to as 'Percy' from now on!) and its amazing the sprawl of a small town like Ringgold. Despite only being home to around ...

... linked up with an old friend of Deb and Preston's, Gene. Once again, the Southern Hospitality at its finest.  Not only did Gene offer me a spare room in his home but I got the full Chattanooga tour from a born and bred local.  Cruising these historical southern towns with locals has been a real treat.  The snippets of history and tips from someone who knows about a town is unparalleled by any guidebooks, brochures ...
