      Dog culture

... Everglades - fantastic scenery. Fall colors with palm trees contrast to bad it was raining so hard no pictures. Definitely have to go back. Then we went through an area with panthers. Unbelievable road signs to watch for panthers crossing for several miles. Again in the pouring rain. Never saw signage like that before. No kidding for ...

... 1100 crew members on this ship. The ship is at capacity. It will take about 4.5 hours to cruise out of the Tampa channel. When the Dawn sails under the Skyline Bridge between Clearwater and Tampa, there is a 5 foot clearance between the ship's smokestack and the bridge.

Of course, we participated in the mandatory lifeboat drill.

We unpacked our suitcases and prepared for dinner. We ate ...
