... The US really does know how to put on a game of sports. The Nashville Predators were playing the Florida Panthers in a double header, we had tickets for the first of the two games. Lots of music, announcements, dancing, and of course the speed, crash and bang of a game of Ice Hockey. We really lucked out, with the game being tied after regulation time and Nashville finally winning in a penalty shoot-out. Great ...

Meriwether Lewis (mile 385) - Lewis met his untimely death in 1809. He was sheltering at Grinder's Stand. He was distraught over issues so compelling that he was traveling to Washington, DC to discuss the isuues with Thomas Jefferson. His death was officially ruled as a suicide, but there are others who believe he was murdered. What do you think?

So driving down Signal Mountain we discovered our license plates had 2012 stickers and expired insurance cards. Many fingers were pointed with each having valid arguments. We met our neighbors the Hendersons in Nashville for the game so they'll help us out of our fiasco when they get back to chattanooga.
    We set ...
