Eventually the parade began. It was supposed to have over fifty entries and lasted nearly an hour. Of course the usual Villages clubs were there - the Cheerleaders, the Belly Dancers, the Shriners, the Model Ford A golf cart club, the Sailing club, the clowns, et cetera. Believe it or not there was even snow. How's that for imagination?
