... down was way quicker, but really ******* the knees and calf muscles. I was too scared to stop, in case I couldn't start again!

It felt so good to be back in bush, with clean water, not too many people (thanks to it be mid-week and not a holiday time), and we all really enjoyed a well-earned lunch when we arrived back down.

Needless to say, the bus ride back was silent, with most people falling asleep pretty quickly.

Natalie and I were able to buy a Chinese browser app, so we could use the internet, but Don wasn't able to because his phone is an android. We had the rice cakes and peanut butter that we had brought with us for breakfast and were out of the hotel just after 9:00 am. The streets ...

My most expensive bus or train journey so far, more expensive even than my return flight to Mulu National Park in ...

... made some amazing stops to keep the game close. RCHK went on to win the gold medal 3-0. TIS was the only team to score against RCHK all weekend!

Our boys then had to face a determined HKA squad for the bronze medal. Bruno Novo scored 2 goals to tie the game up at 2-2. Extra time decided nothing, so the game went to shootout. Pedro Izidro and John Preston scored in the shootout while Daniel ...
