    ... don’t let cars become stationary when crossing the road blocking the vehicles on that road. What happens then of course is no one can move until the blockage is cleared but this is what the cops were doing all the time at the two junctions near one another. You have to be very forceful when controlling traffic but these cops in their smart uniforms just didn’t have it – it was quite amusing to watch the huge queues of traffic they created.
