    Today was a rest day and we spent much of it with Xiao Guang and Lou Huan and their beautiful two girls. First we visited a Grape Farm and picked some red grapes. they were a bit sour but we brought some home to try. Then we toured the University which has 30000 students and was where Xiao Guang and Lou Huan both completed their studies in Chinese language. ...

    ... Tonight we started to paint a mural in the Activity room! However, we do have some time to oursekves between 12 and 2 as everyone sleeps here after lunch.     On Monday we visited the Longsheng Terraced Rice Fields which were way up in the mountains it was awesome and then we learned how to make Bamboo Stuffed Rice, and had a country lunch at a Jinkeng Local Farmer's Restaurant.
