A lazy and relaxed start to the day saw us having breakfast on the terrace: pancakes with honey and walnuts! The main reason we ate outside was that there was a very loud Australian in the dining room who, in the space of ten minutes yesterday evening, managed to insult each of us and Sean with his crass and naff remarks, so we were avoiding him. We’d barely got out of Lijiang than we were caught in a traffic jam which lasted most of the rest of the journey. Admittedly the road is one major problem. It’s a small single lane road which ...

... of any population.

So, of course, what does this mom have the kid do when they get off the bus? Of course! The solution is the kid has to pee! Duh! So the mom pulls her pants off and tries to make her pee beside the bus. Then what does she do? Oh, right! Let's give the effing kid more food. She goes into the little gas station and buys her kid some more snacks. Everyone wipes their puke off themselves and gets back on the bus. Obviously, about ten minutes into ...
