... area. The buildings and grounds were beautiful. We spent the rest of the day wandering the old town until it was time for dinner. We chose a Tibetan restaurant and had fried yak meat, wild mushrooms, and peppers. The yak wasn't that good - maybe it just isn't my thing. As an aside, this morning we encountered the street sweeper staff getting ready for their day by doing some kind of choreographed line dance. I'm not sure what that was all ...
