For example, a 9-piece nugget cost ten Franks, roughly twelve American Dollars (for those of you who don't know, McDonalds isn't near that expensive in the states; also, they don't have a "value menu").     ... laugh since Josh and I made up both countries. We all
    had a great evening chatting while eating; a perfect way to wind down a day in
