... Spanish interpretation of an Irish pub. The drinks were nearly the prices charged by the Canucks at their arena, that is expensive. Our hotel was on points so it was good. Nice place, very much a business hotel with the prices associated with those on expense accounts. The breakfast buffet was 20 Euros each (around $50 for two for breakfast). We failed to see the advantage for us, so we gave it a miss.
Off to the Madrid airport, what a place, ...
... off to dinner at this fantastic little restaurant called las Cuevas del Duque. I liked how they served us dinner... the entire table got to taste many different types of authentic Spanish food. Some I liked, some I didn't. But at least I had the opportunity to decide what I liked and didn't without having to eat an entire plate!
