We leave Woodbridge and head to the coast visiting a couple of little towns along the way, Pretty scary roads but beautiful countryside. We make our way north and end up in Sunderland for the night which is on the coast. Having a short trip with old friends to the Yorkshire North East Coast. We are staying in a lovely little old (possibly 18th century) fishing cottage in the village of Staithes. This was once a thriving fishing village, built into the hillside. Tiny narrow cobbled streets and lanes, small cottages and a harbour with 2 breakwaters. The film answered a number of questions Kate and Roy had about nuclear warfare and we are sure this will lead to many more questions from them in the weeks to come as they process what they saw and learnt today.
