... actually had a nice patio next to a stream and surrounded by trees, so we could mostly ignore the traffic. It was another good meal, though the boys were bored before it was over and were hanging from the patio railing, whining about not being allowed to climb down to the stream. We said our goodbyes to Istvan and Csilla, they are staying in Miskolc for another day to celebrate Csilla's dad's birthday, while we drove back to Godollo.
... disappointed with the work, but then he had last visited before any of the archeological excavations had started, when it was just being left to rot, and you could climb wherever you liked since no one cared.
With our second castle tour done, we headed back to Miskolc with an eye out from ice cream, which we found driving through some random town, when a young woman stepped out to the street licking a cone. That brought on a sudden stop ...
... of the horses. We were soon joined by the man who oversees their care, who took us on a personal tour - introducing us to all of the horses, and they have quite a diverse collection. Csilla, who is a practicing small animal vet, also provided some commentary, so after about 30 minutes we decided we had seen enough, thanked our guide and headed to lunch.

... much (there were many kids though, and they were by no means the only ones splashing). We even stopped at the stand out in front of the bath to get fresh mini-donuts (with a cool, automated mini donut frying machine) and hot drinks (even the hot win - forralt bor - that we have come to like). Everyone came home tired and even somewhat relaxed. I chose not to take my camera into the bath, so I have included a selection of photos from the bath's web site, enjoy!
