... we had lunch and went through a WW1 museum. After we walked around Ipser (SP) we headed for Brugge. It is known in Europe as the Venice of the North. ... us a slice of pizza before charging us less than half price. One of his friends was also having dinner and was excited to be able to taik in English to someone, he was from the Netherlands and after a year of living in Belgium hadn't found anyone that can speak fluent English. It was a good little night out as we listened to the chef teaching his friend how to speak Italian. We then had an early night before a big day tomorrow.

... got our hands on the world’s best beer, Westvleteren. Everything about the beer worked. Simply no other way to describe it! It was a dark beer at 12%. So creamy, so tasty. A beer you savored and enjoyed. Even Gem loved it! After the finishing up we had a few more cheeky drinks at the Irish bar (1 euro!).
