... were Always dirty and after 5 minutes I was sweating again.

... came to the palace which was back in the city centre.

We got off the bus but ate first at a museum restaurant as it was the only one around. It was a bit pricey but better rather than spending hours looking for another one. It was a lovely meal .They was getting ready for Brussels summer festival at the weekend erecting marquees and sound systems. Shame we can't stay!

We land in Brussels at 8:30 am (2:30 am back home). It was an 8 hour flight. Wasn't too bad, but we had been up for 20 hours straight by then, and couldn't catch much sleep on the plane.
We got off the plane, and walked to find the baggage claim. We finally found our bags and exchanged some US dollars for Euros, and left the airport. The train station was in the basement. We tried to figure out what platform we needed, but just gave up, and asked the ...
